ARRIVENo one has ever regretted showing up early. Arriving 15 minutes before class will give you time to check in, meet your instructor and ask questions.
SAY HELLO TO YOUR INSTRUCTORYour instructor will get you set up. They'll also want to know all about you—what you love about exercise, your physical history, previous injuries, your goals, your pregnancy—everything.
